Who can participate?
Every legal person or natural person may participate in our Affiliate Program. To participate in our Program you need to register as an affiliate at
www.enjoyyourcamera.com.
Directly after registering you will be a registered affiliate and every link you create will be active. By participating in our Program you acknowledge that we reserve the right to check up on your site at a later date. (See: Who cannot participate?).
Who cannot participate?
After checking your website the Quendler Group may reject your registration if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the
Enjoyyourcamera.com Affiliate Program. Any sales that have been made before the checkup will be compensated even if we reject your registration.
Reasons for a rejection:
- sexual or/and violent contents on your website
- discriminating contents, based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation or age
- promoting illegal activities or copyright infringement
- violation of the conditions of participation
- violating the rights of a third party
Furthermore you are not allowed to:
- offer anyone a benefit for using the affiliate links on your site (for example a bonus scheme for users of the affiliate links)
- read, intercept, record, redirect, interpret, or fill in the contents of any electronic form or other materials submitted to us by any person or entity
- make any transactions on the www.enjoyyourcamera.com site for third parties or encourage others to do so
- take any action to confuse any customer about your relationship with www.enjoyyourcamera.com or about the site on which any transactions or functions are taking place;
- other than providing affiliate links or advertising material on your site in accordance with this agreement, promoting www.enjoyyourcamera.com or the enjoyyourcamera.com site (for example through any "framing" technique or technology or pop-up or pop-under windows), or encourage any third party to take any such action
- manipulate our provision system, for example by featuring any low-price Enjoyyourcamera.com products to avoid certain threshold values that are significant for the referral fee or by using technology that opens an enjoyyourcamera.com site in a customer's browser without the customer clicking on an affiliate link (as defined in §2)
- intercept or redirect the traffic from other websites participating in our Affiliate Program
- buy or register any keywords or search terms that include the word "enjoyyourcamera" or variations thereof (for example "enjoy your camera", enjoyourcamera", etc, in the following referred to as "Proprietary Terms"), for use in search engines, portals and other search services.
There are two ways to link to our website. You can link to our welcome page via a ready-made banner you may copy into the source code of your website. The other possibility is to select one of our products and directly link to the page of the product.
The URL looks like this: http://www.enjoyyourcamera.com?ref=9999&affiliate_banner_id=1
After the question mark you see the partner ID (ref=9999) and banner ID (affiliate_banner_id=1) of the affiliate who created the link. Through this URL our website is able to identify the source of the link.
How do I create a link?
After your registration you can link to our welcome page by copying the HTML code for the banner and putting it into the source code. You will find the banner button on your Affiliate Summary page.

Enjoyyourcamera.com identifies via the URL through which affiliate link the customer was directed to our website. Every purchase the customer makes will be registered even if he opens another product page. The identification process will be stopped only when the customer closes the browser. When the customer opens the website again and makes a purchase it won't be credited to the affiliate.
Who makes sure that the links work?
You as an affiliate are responsible for the correct setup of the link. If the link is broken, the customer cannot reach our page and can't be credited to you.
If you need help with the setup you can contact us via e-mail and we will test if the link works.
What is a session?
The term session describes a visitor who was directed to our website via an affiliate link.
How long is a session?
- A session lasts 24 hours after a visitor clicked on the affiliate link - that means the visitor has to make a purchase within these 24 hours so that the purchase can be credited to the affiliate.
- Once a visitor clicks on the link of another affiliate website the session will end.
When will the payment be denied?
You may not purchase products during a session for your own use or commercial use. This includes orders for friends, business partners or customers. The Quendler Group will check after every purchase if you violate these guidelines. If this should be the case the Quendler Group is entitled to withhold the provision and/or terminate the agreement.
How does the provision system work?
The Quendler Group pays 5,5 percent of the net sales (advertising costs) for all sales of qualified products, in accordance with this agreement, (See: §5 ).
When will I get the provision?
The provision will be paid once a month regardless of the amount of provision. The payment will be deposit into your German bank account or to any account within the European Union. Other methods of payment on request, if necessary we will deduct any accruing bank charges.
Why do I have to wait 60 days to get the provision? Every customer has the right to return the product purchased from us within 30 days of delivery of the order and methods of payment like direct debit can be cancelled up to 60 days.
There is no other way for us to minimize the risk of fraud as to wait for the conclusion of the contract after 60 days.
