Battery Grip for a better camera handling
This battery grip offers you a better handling when shooting in portrait format or while using heavy lenses. Due to the battery grip the camera is much easier to handle. The grip has as an antislip surface.

Two-step portrait format release, mode dial & control buttons
The grip is equipped with a two-step release button that is easier to reach during portrait shots than the release button of the camera. In addition the battery grip has a mode dial and buttons for AF-ON, AE/FE lock.

Holds extra storage battery for a longer camera running time
The battery grip holds two LP-E6 storage batteries. Equipped with two storage batteries or six AA batteries the battery grip offers a longer camera running time than single storage batteries.

At the underside is a tripod socket.
