Protection from irritating sidelight
This LCD hood prevents incident sidelight from affecting the view on the display. There are three wings on both sides and on top that open automatically after the hood is opened. The wings block incident light and reduces the glare effect.

Open and closed: secure protection for the LCD
The Hood has a clear plastic cover that protects the display even when the hood is open. Closed the hood is very flat so that the camera still fits into the camera bag.

The hood mounts on the camera and can be easily detached.
