High-end polarizer with MRC nano multicoating & slim frame

This high-quality B+W polarizing filter enhances the color saturation and can be used to decrease/increase reflexions on even, non-metallic surfaces. In assembly after Käsemann colour-neutral polarizing films are agglutinated between high-quality cover glasses. The rim is sealed, so that no moisture or dust can get between the filter glasses and affect image quality. Furthermore an additional grinding procedure provides outstanding image definiton.

Scratch-resistant, non-reflective MRC nano multicoating offering lotus effect

The filter glasses are grinded from high-quality Schott glass. They are totally plane-parallel and void of micro irregularities which could cause partial fuzziness. MRC nano multicoating makes the filter glass extremely scratch-resistant and non-reflective. Furthermore the coating effects a so called lotus effect which makes the glass neutral to adhesion, so that water rolls off and any dirt can easily be wiped away.

High-precision slim frame - suitable for wide angle lenses

The filter has a CNC cut slim frame made from brass. The frame is very sturdy, accurately fitting and can be attached without jolting. Due to the low height you could even use the filter for wide angle lenses.

The filter has a front thread so that you can attach a further filter, a screw-type lens hood or a lens cap.
