Professional UV Filter with Super DHG-Coating
This high-quality coated UV Filter blocks UV light up to 390nm and prevents colour abberations and fuzziness. Since the filter is colour neutral, it can remain on the lens permanently for protecting the sensitive lens from aggressive effects like sea water or sand.

The Super DHG (Digital High Grade) reduces reflexions and light loss. It makes the filter glass neutral to adhesion, so that oily liquids and water simply roll off the glass. Greasy dirt and dust do not adhere to the filter glass, so that they easily could be wiped away without remainders. Furthermore the coating makes the filter glass extremely sturdy, so that even in heavy-duty use it is well-protected from scratches.

The filter has a sturdy, precision-made metal frame. For preventing unwanted reflexions the filter frame has a satin smooth finish and a black ink process on the glass edge to eliminate flare. For attaching further filters or a lens hood the filter has an inner thread. Nonethless it is very slim, so that it doesn't cause vignetting even on wide angle lens.
