Macro ring light for photo and video shooting

Continuous light with energy-saving light-emitting diodes (LED) for shadow-free illumination of macro photography or video shootings. The light area is composed of 60 high-power LEDs, whose power can be controlled in 2 brightness levels and 3 segments.

6 Settings

The LED light area has 3 segments, which can be switched on and off respectively (left side, right side or full ring). Furthermore, the brightness can be controlled in 2 stages, so a total of 6 settings are available (Left 50%, Left 100%, Right 50%, Right 100%, Ring 50%, Ring 100%). Through this combination, you can adjust the light to the specific circumstances or achieve certain effects. With the full ring macro shots will be shadow free.

Attachment via adapter rings or hot shoe

The ring light is placed on an adapter ring, which is screwed into the filter thread of the lens. In this way the ring light is placed exactly in the optical axis of the lens. For the use of different lenses 2 different adapter rings (58mm, 67mm) are included. Other lens sizes can be used with step-up or step-down filter adapter rings.

Usage as video lamp

The included hot shoe adapter allows the mounting of the ring light on the standard hot shoe of the camera, so that it can also be used as an excellent video lamp.

Note

The macro ring light is designed for use with macro lenses. Normal lenses may rotate during focusing, so the manual focus (MF) should be used.
