Sturdy screw-type lens hood made from aluminum

This sturdy screw-type lens hood for standard lenses blocks stray light and in this way it prevents lens flare and faint contrast. It also absorbs light impact and keeps rain drops off the front lens. For preventing unwanted reflections, the interior of the hood is matted black and grooved. Furthermore the lens hood provides a front thread, that can be used to attach a filter or a snap-on lens cap.
