The infinity focus still works but the adapter does not establish a rangefinder coupling. That means that you have to focus via the lens' focussing scale. The exposure measurement works perfectly. When using the Leica M8 you still can control exact framing and composition.

The adapter is made of chromed brass and anodized aluminium and precisely manufactured. It is very robust and can hold up heavy lenses. Due to the precisely workmanship the lens adapter fits perfectly into the bayonet connection of the camera.
