The Minolta SR-system has a lower flange register than the Minolta A-system, so that in this combination the infinity focus doesn't work. Therefore the adapter is only suited for close-ups.

Application:
First you have to attach the lens mount adapter to the lens. After that you have to put the lens along with the adapter on the bayonet connection of the camera and screw it on. Focus and aperture have to be adjusted manual. Your camera calculates the shutter speed per aperture priority. To detach the SR-lens from the adapter push the pin at the outer edge and screw the SR-lens off.

The flange register of the lens has to be larger than that of the camera so that the infinity focus is retained. If the ratio is inverse a compensation lens is necessary to retain the infinity focus.
