Step Ring Filter Adapter

Adapter ring for combining filter & lens with different size

With the help of a filter adapter you can mount a filter to your lens although they have connecting threads with different sizes. Stepping adapters subdivide into step-downs and step-ups. With a step-down you can attach a filter with a smaller diameter than your lens has (e.g. 55mm filter on 58mm lens). Step-ups are used vice-versa (e.g. 58mm filter on 55mm lens). You can use step rings for any gear with a standard filter thread such as filters, close-up lenses, macro reverse adapters etc.
