Description:
Macro extension rings enlarge the distance between the lens and the image plant (e.g. the sensor of a digital camera). This diminishs the focal distance and you can approach the object with the lens. The reproduction scale will be increased so that the object of the image will be displayed larger. That makes macro extension rings a well-priced solution to take perfekt macro pictures.

Normally, macro exte nsion rings interrupt the communication between the camera and the lens. The camera can't discern whether a lens is mounted and what kind of lens it is. A lot of functions of the camera don't work. The semi automatic chip compensates this problem. It conveys the camera that an automatic lens is attached. Indeed you have to focus manually, but the AF-confirm of the camera is activated. The red autofocus light in the view-finder gleams when the image is exactly focussed. This provides more accuracy in focussing for you.

You receive a complete set of macro extension rings. The set consists of 3 extension rings and two bayonet rings (for connection to the lens and camera bayonet). The extension rings are simply screwed together by the screw thread.

The extension rings can be combined optionally so that the following range combinations are possible: approx. 15mm, 21mm, 30mm, 36mm, 42mm 49mm, 57mm, 62mm.

Possibilities to upgrade: By means of an adapter, which is available in our shop, you can connect reasonable but nevertheless image powerful M42 lenses (and also other lenses) and so have complete control over the shutter adjustment.
