Pin hole photography with your digital camera

With the rising pinhole lens you will get the nostalgic and dreamy character of a pin hole camera using your digital camera: Just remove the lens and put the pinhole lens instead.

Pinhole photos are characterized by a slight blur the entire image, however the depth of field is almost infinite. This combination creates a unique image appearance.

The automatic metering of the camera can be used as a guide, but situational, a manual correction may be necessary.

Note:
The small aperture of the pinhole is dust that is on the sensor, shown very sharp. It is advisable to check the sensor against pinhole shots and cleaned if necessary.

Note:
Since there is no electronic connection to the camera, the pinhole can not be recognized as a lens. Therefore at some cameras you have to activate "trigger without lens" in the menu. Please have a look to the manual of the camera.
