Seagull SC-5 Hot Shoe Adapter for Sony Alpha/Minolta

Description:
Hot shoe adapter for mounting flash cords and flash units on Sony Alpha/Minolta cameras.

At the side is a cable connector where external flash units can be attached via a flash cord, even to camera models without a PC socket. This offers you a lot of creative possibilities; you can use a studio flash unit or a strobe light for professional light effects.

The hot shoe on the top side of the adapter is made for flash units with a central contact. Just slide the flash unit into the hot shoe.

Compatibility:
Suitable for flash units with a central contact (e.g. Canon), also for Minolta 4000AF, 2800AF, 1800AF, 1200AF.

Advice:
 The adapter doesn't work with all central contact flash units. For example: It does work with the Canon Speedlite 430EX. But not with the Nissin Di622.
