This little, lightweight DSLR rig is perfect for handheld video shooting with DSLR and EVIL cameras. The base part of the rig is a 15mm rod block. Mounted to the rod block you will find an adjustable camera plate as well as two 15mm aluminum rods which each holds another rod with a handle grip attached. Additionally you can extend the rig by a follow focus, a tripod mounting plate and a shoulder support.

Adjustable camera plate for an optimal adaptation

The camera plate is height-adjustable, so that you can adjust the height of the camera: e.g. in a way that the gear wheel of a follow focus device engages into the toothed ring on the lens. Furthermore you can adjust the camera plate sideways. This is ideal for cameras where the tripod mount is offset to the lens axis.
