We charge your credit card account after you placed your order. Payment via credit card is possible up to a value of the goods of 300 Euro. For higher amounts, please contact us in advance for checking your address and credit card validation. We need this procedure for security reason.

Receipt of payment usually the next day.

via direct debit
up to 200 Euro order value.
Payment will be debited from your account upon dispatch of your order.

We send your parcel on weekdays within 24h after we received your order if we already received payment or you ordered via direct debit.

Delivery time to Germany
DHL delivers in larger cities the next day, even on Saturdays. On occasion the parcel may need 2-3 days.

Delivery time to Austria
The delivery will occur within 3 days. On occasion the delivery takes a week.

Delivery time to Switzerland
UPS indicates the delivery time will be 3-5 weekdays.

Other EU-countries
UPS Standard: UPS indicates the delivery time will be 2-3 weekdays.
DHL Europack: DHL indicates the delivery time will be 3-7 weekdays.
