The adapter ring allows you to mount Leica M lenses on cameras with a Micro FourThirds bayonet mount. Focussing and aperture have to be adjusted manually. The appropriate shutter speed can be chosen by hand or calculated by the camera via aperture priority.

Note:
The adapter works with many M lenses among them Leitz Summicon-M 1:2/50mm or 1:2/28mm ASPH. Some extreme wide-angle and fisheye lenses are not suitable for adaptation as they would protrude into the camera body. Make sure that the rear part of the lens does not protrude over the adapter.
